The Gold package is an effective method to getting the coaching you need to achieve your goals. The list of services provided in the online package are listed below. If you are self-motivated but need some specialist guidance, education and accountability, this package will be most effective for you.
The platinum package includes a monthly Skype consultation to review progress, ask questions and agree on the focus of the next training cycle. If you are a beginner and want a more hands on approach in which you are guided and educated, this package will be most effective for you.
Initial Skype consultations - £40 per hour
One to one consultation to discuss you and your goals to provide guidance and recommend a suitable approach specifically for you.
You can also use this time to ask any questions to help you improve your own training and nutritional approaches.
This fee will be refunded if you select one of the Gold or Platinum packages.

I've never been able to work out a balanced diet and training. After a discussion about my goals, interests, activity levels and eating habits, John provided me with a detailed 6 week training cycle and macros breakdown.
